Abstract
increasing demand. However, it is not only the automotive manufacturers that are seeing
increased demand, but also the automotive service parts sector. In a country such as Thailand, where
the main transport method is by land routes, a large number of vehicles are in constant use, which
requires a high frequency of service and parts. The market share of service parts is separated into 2
main sections: original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and the aftermarket. In Thailand, there are
many domestic and foreign manufacturers of both OEM and aftermarket parts. Due to the growth of
the automotive industry in Thailand, so the service parts industry in Thailand has been required to
significantly expand and develop to meet customer’s needs, both today and in the future. Rapid
expansion must be well managed and standardized for good efficiency, safety, quality and on time
delivery. In this research it will be explained how to prepare and create a management plan for service
parts warehouses and businesses.
