Abstract

This work aims to develop an online training process to enhance learning Facilitation skills using the LINE Official Account (LINE OA) platform. The participants were parents of primary school students in Ratchaburi Province, totaling 113 people. Teaching contents include: Deep Listening, Peaceful Communication, and Facilitating Learning, with a 2-month trial period. The training process was designed using the ADDIE model. The success of the process was measured using three variables: 1. Lesson quality assessment form, 2. effectiveness of the training process as measured by E1/E2, 3. comparison of learning Facilitation skills before and after the training, 4. participant satisfaction with the training process. The learning Facilitation skills assessment form and Satisfaction assessment form were evaluated by 3 experts to assess the validity of the questionnaire (IOC). The lesson quality assessment form was assessed by 3 experts according to specified criteria. The research results showed that the overall quality of the process is passed at a high quality level (X=4.33, S.D.=0.47). The training process was effective according to the E1/E2 criteria, equal to 80.45/82.60 which is higher than the criteria (80/80). The results of the evaluation of facilitation skills learning before and after the experiment using the t-test Dependent test were significantly different at the 0.05 level (t = 32.42, p < .05), indicating that after receiving the online training process, the learners had a higher post-learning assessment (X = 4.42, SD = 0.85) than before learning (X = 3.53, SD =1.16). It can be concluded that the developed learning package can enhance the learners' facilitation skills effectively. The learners had a high level of overall satisfaction with the learning package (X = 4.40, SD = 0.69).
