บทคัดย่อ
The use of energy from coal and petroleum releases enormous amounts of carbon dioxide, contributing to global warming. Solar energy is popularly used as a source of clean energy because it never runs out, incurs no fuel cost, and can produce electricity in any area where the sun shines. Perovskite solar cells (PSCs), a new generation of thin-film solar cells, have achieved power conversion efficiencies exceeding 25% in the past fourteen years. Perovskite solar cells are strong candidates for commercial large-scale production in the near future because of their many advantages, such as being lightweight, low-cost, flexible, and solution-processable. The specialty of flexible perovskite solar cells (fPSCs) is that they can be fabricated onto flexible substrates, making them lightweight, flexible, and wearable. They can be attached to equipment that requires low electrical power, such as solar vests, solar recharge backpacks, flexible solar panels, drones, and boats. This work presents a novel approach to fabricating flexible perovskite solar cells on stickable-removable (adhesive label) substrates in both normal and inverted cell structures. Counter electrodes between indium tin oxide (ITO) and silver transparent electrodes have been compared in this work. Our results demonstrate promising photovoltaic performance, with active areas of 0.18 cm², 0.25 cm², and 1.00 cm². This work introduces a novel concept for utilizing adhesive label substrates in fabricating flexible perovskite solar cells. It opens a new pathway for creating dependable power sources for stickable-removable electronic devices.
