บทคัดย่อ
In the manufacturing of nanofibers, nanofibers are produced through conventional spinning processes such as dry spinning, wet spinning, and melt spinning. Electrospinning has subsequently been adopted for nanofiber production. In addition, there are the complexity of parameter optimization, equipment’s designing and nanofibers application. So, these situations led to the development of the engineering project, which is the making of tools for nanofiber fabrication by needleless electrospinning. The objective of this project is to design and construct a needleless electrospinning machine for nanofiber fabrication. The important of feature is a new design of spinneret which consist of components that bring the polymer solution to form the fibers. The methodology consists of developing of the spinneret system, which is used 3D printing and metal fabrication processes, developing a control system of machine operation and comparing the nanofibers between needle-based and needleless electrospinning techniques. The hypothesis of this development is that the nanofibers produced by the needleless electrospinning machine will demonstrate a higher production rate and better morphology of nanofibers compared to the nanofibers produced by the conventional needle-based electrospinning method.
