Abstract

We investigate the quantum transport properties of double barriers in tilted Dirac cone

materials. The system under investigation is a two -dimensional plane in which electrons are

subject to a double barrier potential on longitudinal tilted Dirac cone material. By exploring the

effects of the longitudinal tilted Dirac cone mismatch and the asymmetric flow of electrons, we

aim to understand the conduction through the barriers. Our results show th at electron flow

properties depend on the tilted strength of the longitudinal tilted Dirac cone. Our findings have

important implications for designing and optimizing quantum devices based on these materials,

such as nontrivial quantum diodes. Overall, our research highlights the transport properties of

double barriers in tilted Dirac cone materials, providing a promising avenue for developing novel

quantum devices.
