Abstract

Abstract The objectives of this research are (1) to survey the needs of 3D Augmented Reality E-Book on Lighting in Advertising Photography, (2) to develop and find the quality of 3D Augmented Reality E-Book on Lighting in Advertising Photography, (3) to evaluate learning achievement about photography lighting and, (4) to assess the satisfaction questionnaires of 3D Augmented Reality E-Book on Lighting in Advertising Photography. The instruments used in this study were (1) the demand for 3D Augmented Reality E-Book on Lighting in Advertising Photography, (2) 3D Augmented Reality E-Book on Lighting in Advertising Photography, (3) media and content quality assessment form , (4) learning achievement, (5) satisfaction questionnaires by collecting the demands from that students in Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, Department of Technology and Communication Education for 80 people and a sample of students in Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, Department of Technology and Communication who were the third year of education by simple random for totally 50 people. The results were as follows: (1) the satisfaction on 3D Augmented reality e-book about advertisement photography lighting was at a good level, (2) The quality of e-books combined with 3D augmented reality technology is at a good level. (3) the 3D Augmented reality e-book about advertisement photography lighting was at a good level (X¯ = 4.23, SD = 0.32) and overall media level was also good (X¯ = 4.46, SD = 0.56) (4) the result compare score in post-test was higher than pre-test achievement at .05, (5) the satisfaction of the sample was at high level (X¯ = 4.41, SD = 0.67) Summary of using the development of 3D Augmented reality e-book about advertisement photography lighting can be used to educate lighting in advertising photography.
