บทคัดย่อ

The rapid changes in technology, economy, and society today make it important for workforce to keep learning and improving their skills. However, current education systems have limited flexibility in adapting curricula to meet emerging needs. In addition, it also still uses one standard curriculum that does not fit the differences between individual learners. This study presents a framework that uses Generative AI to create personalized curricula for each learner. The design is based on the main educational principles: Bloom’s Taxonomy, which helps define clear learning outcomes, and constructive alignment, which connects learning outcomes with content, learning activities, and assessment methods. The system also includes checkpoints where experts can review and improve the content generated by AI to make it more accurate and reliable.

A prototype platform called PERLA (Personalized Education and Resource Learning with AI) was developed to test this concept. The combination of Generative AI, educational theory, and expert review will help create personalized and trustworthy learning programs that support effective and sustainable lifelong learning.
