Abstract
The purpose of the game is to train players in resource and time management. The objectives are: 1. To develop a training tool for managing resources and time; 2. To evaluate the game's effectiveness, and 3. To assess the satisfaction levels of the sample group with the developed game. This game, created using Unity software for Windows operating systems, focuses on practicing resource and time management skills. Results from quality assessments, satisfaction questionnaires, and post-game evaluations of management skills—conducted by experts— indicated an overall positive outcome, with an average score of 4.24 and a standard deviation of 0.55. The sample group also rated the game positively, achieving a mean score of 4.30 and a standard deviation of 0.82. The experimental group demonstrated significant improvement, as shown by a T-test score of 6.90. This game, which emphasizes training in resource and time management, effectively promotes the development of these skills in players and has received positive evaluations from experts for its focus and effectiveness.
