บทคัดย่อ

In the digital era, preserving and promoting traditional knowledge through technology-driven solutions is essential for cultural sustainability and health innovation. This study presents the development of a Digital Herbal Medicine Platform aimed at enhancing the accessibility and credibility of Thai herbal medicine for health promotion. Employing the Design Thinking methodology, the platform was co-created with stakeholders including consumers, practitioners, and community health advocates to ensure user-centered design, relevant content, and intuitive usability. A mixed-methods approach was applied, combining qualitative insights with quantitative evaluation through usability testing. The platform achieved a System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 84.2, a task success rate of 92%, and strong user satisfaction across dimensions of content accuracy, relevance, and visual design. Additionally, the integrated Inbound Marketing strategy effectively increased platform engagement, yielding an 8.2% social media engagement rate and a 17% increase in returning users within three months. The results demonstrate that digital platforms can play a pivotal role in revitalizing traditional herbal medicine while promoting public health education. The platform serves as a foundation for future expansions, including AI-driven personalized health recommendations and broader regional collaborations within the digital health domain.
