บทคัดย่อ

This project aims to analyze and compare the print quality on white sticker materials printed using various types of printers and inks within a digital printing system, as well as to evaluate the UV resistance of the printed stickers. The study compares the durability of water-based inks and eco-solvent inks. The samples begin with a red print design of the size of the print 29.7 × 42 cm, which includes text, lines, images, and test charts. Printing is carried out on the material using a printer. It is followed by color gamut measurements. The printed samples are subjected to abrasion testing and accelerated sunlight exposure for a period of 6 to 12 days. Afterward, color quality is re-measured to assess color changes and abrasion resistance.

This study evaluates the print quality on white-background stickers using wide-format inkjet printers with both types of ink. The analysis encompasses physical properties such as abrasion resistance and lightfastness, as well as printing characteristics including adhesion, drying time, density, color difference, and color gamut. The expected outcome is a comparative chart on the print quality achieved with different types of inks on white sticker materials. This information will be valuable to the printing industry, designers, and sticker users in selecting suitable materials and technologies, particularly for applications requiring durability in outdoor environments.
