Abstract
Industrial facilities now use greater amounts of energy, resulting in a heightened emphasis on energy analysis to identify methods for power conservation. The industry does its energy efficiency study using the cumulative sum of energy differences (CUSUM). We examine the correlation between production volume and energy consumption statistics to discern changes in energy utilization. Power BI, a visualization tool, will present the acquired data on its dashboard. This technology offers benefits such as rapid identification of the correlation between energy use and production volume, the capacity to evaluate intricate data, and the provision of real-time system information for informed decision-making. Consequently, the research Visualizations Tools for Analyzing Trends in Electrical and Thermal Energy Consumption Efficiency: A Case Study The fruit processing facility employs visualization tools for analysis. The analysis indicated that over a period of 48 months, the PEC value of accumulated electrical energy decreased by 25.83%, the PEC value of accumulated thermal energy decreased by 49.40%, the UEC value of accumulated electrical energy decreased by 18.51%, and the UEC value of accumulated thermal energy decreased by 17.71%. Following the implementation of energy saving measures, the annual energy consumption declined by 14.30%. Consequently, using the visualization tool to examine the trajectory of electrical energy efficiency enables us to forecast future energy efficiency trends, including a reduction in production-related energy consumption.
