บทคัดย่อ

This research purpose to A Lesson Learning on the Internet for Distance Education Teaching Thai Desserts Cooking. The Objectives are follow as 1) To analyze, design and develop a lesson learning on the internet for distance education teaching Thai desserts cooking, 2) To find out the effectiveness of a lesson learning on the internet for distance education teaching Thai desserts cooking, 3) To find out the learning achievement of learners after using a lesson learning on the internet for distance education teachingThai desserts cooking and 4) To find out the satisfaction of learners towards a lesson learning. A lesson learning was implemented for distance education teaching. The sample group of people is 30. After experimented, the data of the assessment had been collected and analyzed. The result demonstrated that the quality is good level and meet sample group’s satisfaction. Therefore, a lesson learning on the internet for distance education teaching Thai desserts cooking in authentic learning teaching.
