Abstract

In this paper, we introduce the new notion which is more general than the previous works on the weakly isotone mappings in the case of single valued mappings and multivalued mappings in an ordered Banach space. We also extend some common fixed point theorems of Dhage et al. [4] and give some applications of the main results. Furthermore, at the end of this paper, we give an open problem for further investigation. ฉ 2013 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
