Abstract

In present day, current conveyors are important for designing circuit function. The previous models, some parasitics were ignored in CMOS-based translinear model. In this paper, a plus-type second-generation current-controlled conveyor (CCCII+) base on CMOS technology modelling is included all parasitic capacitances at high frequency. MATLAB is used to find the complex symbolic equations and HSPICE simulation programs based on the MOSIS IBM's 90 nm RF CMOS BSIM4 level-54 is conducted to verify the purposed method. The performance of the structure is under ฑ1.2V supply voltages. ฉ 2013 IEEE.
