Abstract

This paper presents Thai font-type recognition on Thai documents. Our proposed method recognizes font by using font information stored in the True Type Font (TTF) and compare with testing character font. Our method is divided into two main processes: character conversion and font comparison. The results show accuracy rate at 97.56% on 15 Thai fonts. ฉ 2013 American Scientific Publishers All rights reserved.
