บทคัดย่อ
The purposes of this research were: 1) To study the knowledge to development learning and teaching, 2) To study how to learning development on Waldorf style, and 3) To study new innovation to development go together with Constructionism. Researcher apply Waldorf style to the student. How to apply researcher mix Waldorf style with Constructionism which is main process for development the students. Researcher have been applied Waldorf style for 2 years in grade 1-2 level. The main concept of Waldorfstyle are 2 concepts as follow: 1. Class management there are 3 concepts; 1) Rhythm Facilitators should manage the activities to have rhythm as breath in and breath out, 2) Repetition the students should get opportunity to do the any activities repeat again and over again until them met their success, and 3) Reverence facilitators made good role model as person who respect every things in the world. 2. Activities management; 1) Base Activities for this activities the students need to do everyday for development meditation moral and ethics. For example: creative play, ring time and story time, and 2) Main activities can development learning process and apply to some topics that the students interesting. For example: art, handwork and gardening. After for 2 years facilitators apply Waldorf style go together with Constructionism. Found that the students can develop soft side. They are high self-discipline and keep self-control .This process is effective on learning process development as well.
