บทคัดย่อ

The objective of this research is to study the key success factors affecting the energy management efficiency of small and medium scale enterprises which deducing by the coefficient of determination. The factors expected to affect the energy management efficiency by multiple linear regressions which declare that the qualification of person responsible for energy in training on energy conservation is most affected by 31%, qualification about level of education and age are affected by 14% and 8% respectively. The role of top management, expert’s consultation, employee’s participation and motivation are affected by 28%, 8%, 6% and 4% respectively. Nevertheless, corporate cultures and energy management matrix are not affecting the energy management efficiency.
