บทคัดย่อ

The aim of this research is to study the effect of amount of cellulose microfibril (CMF) extracted from banana peel on electrospinability of zein protein and properties of zein electrospunfibers. CMF was added in the amount of 0-5%wt of zein weight into zein solution. Electrospinning of zein was performed at 10 kV and the distance between the needle and collector was 10 cm. Properties examination of as-spun zein fibers found out that adding CMF content at 1%wt has the highest tensile strength. The addition of CMF more than 1%wt will decrease the electrospinability and tensile strength of the zein electrospunfiber.
