Abstract

Nowadays Stroke patients are most often caused by ischemic stroke. It causes hemiplegia. There are many methods to recover. Physical therapy is one of them which is the important method to help the patient recovered. Therefore project developers design the equipment to help physical therapy in a form of game to arouse the patients to be more interested in physical therapy. A category of games is arcade games. It was created under the unity environment program and use the 3D printer to make the ball. It is a controller for game play. There are 10 levels from basic to advance. This game focus on upper arm and forearm. After finishing the game, it tells about amount of time that patient used for physician to record and analyze development of Patient's rehabilitation. The quality of the equipment was evaluated by specialist. Results of evaluation made by two specialists show that the game design was found to be 4.67 and the ergonomic was found to be 4.44 which are at good levels. ฉ 2018 IEEE.
