Abstract
An integrated network-based visualization tool was designed to aid in the analysis of gene expression data, in which modules or subnetworks that are related to one another are extracted. Th?ese subnetworks could be relevant to the cause of disease. This tool may provide a mean to gain beer understanding of the disease mechanism and help to discover new disease biomarkers for further in-depth analysis. ฉ 2017 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).
