Abstract

Objective: To investigates the effect of 4 different wavelengths of light-emitting diodes (LEDs) irradiation on biological response of osteoblast cells (MC3T3-E1) cultured in 3 dimension (3D) collagen type I scaffold. Materials and methods: The MC3T3-E1 were cultured on 3D type I collagen scaffolds and irradiated daily by LEDs light with wavelengths of 630, 680, 760 and 830 nm for 42 days at   radiant exposure of 3.1 J
