บทคัดย่อ

This paper studies the simulation of AC railway electrification based on direct feeding configuration. This configuration is directly connected to 69kV 50Hz three-phase supply utility. The utility's three-phase power supply is separated into two different line-line voltage feeding sections, namely western and eastern sections. Thus, the feeder between these two active sections has to be electrically isolated. This feeder in this region is called neutral zone with a distance of 10-m approximately. Two single-phase transformers are connected as V/v configuration and fed to western and eastern sections via phase A-B and phase B-C, respectively. The Newton-Raphson power flow method is a main tool by considering the trains as dynamic loads of constant power model. Typically, the power quality concerns including voltage drops and voltage unbalance are studied by considering the multi trains with different velocities and headways. This paper presents the simulation results showing voltage profiles. These results are necessary information for planning new railway system or extending of existing railway system. ฉ 2017 IEEE.
