Abstract

Temperature dependence of an optical isolator with an amorphous Si guiding layer employing a nonreciprocal guided-radiation mode conversion is described. The magneto-optic waveguide with a TiO<inf>2</inf> upper cladding layer is considered for athermal operation. ฉ 2018 The Author(s).
