Problems and Guideline of Online Learning and Teaching Management of Teachers at King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi Under the Covid-19 Virus Pandemic Situation

The purpose of this research wasto explorethe problems and to propose guideline regarding online learning and teaching management under the situation of the COVID – 19 virus pandemics. Data were collected by in-depth interview using a semi-structured interview form. 24 instructors at King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi, using by snowball sample method and content analysis were utilized. The result showed that the main point of problem was the readiness to organize instructional procedure, and communication devices for both of instructors and students. Especially in practical course, they needed to convert their learning method to suit the online learning instruction. In addition, there should be surveyed about equipment and communication devices readiness to provide the contact a source of borrowing equipment for organizing instruction efficiently.
