This research was study on the adjustment of machinery in the glass mold manufacturing process. Case Study of Blank Mold Parts (03) objectives: 1) to study the process of adjusting the machine used in the production of glass mold parts 2) to improve the process and reduce the time to set up the machine in the production of glass molds, from the staff of the double slitting department. The research tools were Lean Manufacturing, VSM (Value Stream Mapping), ECRS principles and 5S activities. The statistics for data analysis were arithmetic mean and percentage. The study of the Lean Manufacturing, VSM, ECRS process and 5S activities, As the result, a reduction in the machine set-up process used in the production of glass molded parts and an improvement in the coupling process, thus reducing the time for machine set-up in production. Lean tools were introduced to improve the glass mold coupling process to eliminate wasted time. Unnecessary steps and waiting for work to optimize the workflow before and after improvement the organizer found that after the improvement of the production process of facing the glass mold, able to reduce the time it takes to adjust the machine from 249.41 minutes to only 144.06 minutes or 42.29%.
