The sample used in this research was 50 disable people, using a purposive selected technique, from the Social Innovation Foundation, Nonthaburi Province. The research instrument was a questionnaire which was assessed by three experts with IOC values between 0.67-1.00. The statistics used in the research were mean, standard deviation, and percentage. From the results, most of the respondents were female, aged between 21-30 years, visually and physically disabled and earned an average income of 10,001 - 15,000 baht per month. Overall, the current conditions, problems and expectations were all at high levels. When considered individually, it was found that the disabilities were able to work in the field of their educational background and were satisfied with the current jobs with no problems working with co-workers or experiencing family pressure, but they had the problems with lack of self-confidence and career paths. However, female disabilities had a more positive attitude towards their overall employment than those with male disabilities.
