บทคัดย่อ

This research aimed to study learning styles and satisfaction of undergraduate students in the Business Administration Program, King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok, Thailand. In addition,we have studied the relationship between learning styles and satisfaction. The sample was 1,412 undergraduate students. Questionnaire included demographic (gender and year level), learning style and satisfaction. Descriptive statistics and regression tests were used to analyze data. The results showed that the learning style of the respondents were mostly Reflector accounting for 58.6% followed by Theorist, 18.4%, Pragmatist, 15.7%, and Activist, 7.3% respectively. From the regression test of satisfaction by learning styles, it was found that the Activist and Theorist learning styles were associated with satisfaction and significance at the level of 0.05.
