Abstract
There are many chronic complications in diabetics. Hypertension is a complication in diabetic at risk of arteriosclerosis, cause blockage of blood vessels and risk of heart disease. The objective of this research is to study the factors affecting incidence of hypertension in diabetics using logistic regression analysis. The data is 949 diabetics at Vibharam Laemchabang Hospital during January to December 2019. The results show that factors affecting incidence of hypertension in diabetics are age, systolic blood pressure (SYS), body mass index (BMI) and fasting blood sugar (FBS). The accuracy of the model is 74.04 percent with the sensitivity and specificity are 85.93 and 46.51 percent, respectively.
