Abstract
The objectives of this research and development were to develop and evaluate quality of viral video for public relations of Master of Science in Industrial Education Program in Learning Technology and Mass Communication, King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi. In addition, to evaluate perception and satisfaction of sampling group to the developed viral videos. The instruments or tools, which were used in this study, were consisted of evaluation form about quality content, media presentation, and evaluation form about perception and satisfaction of the sampling group. For the sampling in this study, there were 30 senior students from Department of Educational Communications and Technology, Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi. The method of selection is purposive sampling. Furthermore, there were 9 professional people in content, media, and measurement. The result of evaluation by experts found that the quality in content was at a very good level ( ̅= 4.72, S.D. = 0.46). The evaluation of quality in media was at a very good level ( ̅= 4.77, S.D. = 0.42). The evaluation of perception of samples was at the highest level ( ̅= 4.77, S.D.=0.44). And the satisfaction of samples was at the highest level ( ̅= 4.77, S.D.=0.43) . Therefore, the viral video could be applied for public relations of Master of Science in Industrial Education Program in Learning Technology and Mass Communication, King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi.
