Abstract

Adolescence and transition into adulthood is a time where life events including education completion
and job entry are important. This important step of maturity development could link persons themselves to the
greater society. This study aims to examine the differences in graduates’ viewpoint reflecting adulthood on these late adolescents between those who had participated into a full-time job and those who had not yet. Data from KMUTT graduates (for academic year 2018) was collected by using the online questionnaires. Results found that persons who had experienced employment after finishing study were more likely to emphasize time-management, personal financial management, and goal setting, comparing to those who had not got a job yet. Findings indicated the growing maturity among job-experienced young population and it could support life development of the individual itself.
