Construction training of flexography printing A case study of Lucky Star Weaving Company

This aim of this study was to train the trainees to gain knowledge about the flexography printing process. The pre-test and post-test were prepared before and after training to find the achievement of training. In the training set, there are 10 training-skill topics and 145 questions about the flexography printing process. This training set will be applied to a sample group of the employee in this company. After training, the testing for evaluation has been obtained. The result showed that the sample group has gained more knowledge and understanding about the flexography printing process by observing from the test scores before and after the training shown from 89.66 to 94.90, respectively. This training course helped to improve the skills, knowledge, and understanding in the operation of flexography printing systems significantly.
