Abstract
The aim of this research is to produce cellylolytic enzyme process of woodfree paper. corrugated paper and glossy paper to produce cellulolytic enzyme secreted by Xylaria sp. BCC1067. Under conditions of temperature 25 C, moisture amount of 70% for 28 days. The results revealed that the maximum cellulase activity was equal to 18.94, 17.33 and 15.06 U/ml of corrgated paper, glossy paper and woodfree paper, respectively. While, the highest xylanase activity of 25.62, 18.36 and 16.43 U/ml of corrugated paper, glossy paper and woodfree paper, respectively. under solid state fermentation on moisture content of 70%, temperature at 25 *C for 7 days, which can point to potential relationships with the decomposition of B-1,4 glycosidic links in cellulose and hemicellulose structure. The development of cellulase and xylanase enzyme by Xylaria sp. BCC1067 in this study was possible to efficient the enzyme activity of maximum enzyme production from waste paper pulp with low contamination from other content and can be developed leading to value-added applications.
