Abstract
Sexual and gender diversity refers to a variety of sexual characteristics that encompass more than "male" or "female" representation as the sex assigned at birth and social expectations. One may present a wide range of sexual characteristics based on perceptions and experiences, not genital organs. Presently, the expression of diversity is gradually increasing due to human rights and freedoms. However, definitions remain an unclear issue in Thai society. The lack of in-depth understanding causes concept misinterpretation, resulting in research limitations. The comprehension of terms as well as basic knowledge are necessary to explore. This article’s aim focuses on describing the definitions of sexual and gender diversity and making recommendations for application among sexual and gender minority populations in future research. turned out into a piece of toy artwork that satirizes the gender and opportunity issues at work.
