Abstract

At present, people in the industrial ecosystem who work as shield metal arc welders and a career calibrator of measuring instruments in terms of dimensions. There are insufficient numbers to meet the needs of the establishment. Including personnel in the industrial ecosystem still lack of competence that is consistent with the profession. This causes the establishment of a lack of skilled workers. including the lack of opportunities to compete nationally and internationally. Therefore, the development of personnel competency according to professional standards to be in line with the industrial sector is very important for the development of the country to have the potential to increase international competitiveness. Learning management for enhancement of personnel competency in the industrial ecosystem. It is necessary to develop an appropriate learning style consistent with the group of learners. So that learning management can achieve learning outcomes in each profession and can encourage trainees. When the training is completed be able to take a career standard assessment and have the opportunity to pass a competency assessment based on a specific occupation. Blended learning is a face-to-face learning arrangement where teachers and students interact with each other. together with online learning to join the learning management this will enable trainees to learn on online lessons. The lessons were reviewed prior to the face-to-face training. The face-to-face training in professional standards is practice based on a specific unit of professional competence. Practical learning management methods are essential to enable learners to act according to their professional learning outcomes. D-Chekko's method of teaching practical skills is a teaching method that has a distinctive point. Compared to other teaching methods Therefore, blended learning that brings good practice skills teaching methods. D-Chekko's method teaching will encourage people in the industrial ecosystem to achieve learning outcomes according to established professional standards.

          Therefore, from the problems and research reports in the past. This research therefore focuses on the development of a blended learning management model and competency-based learning management according to professional standards and professional qualifications by teaching practical skills of D. Chekko, including studying the effects of the blended learning model and competency-based learning management according to professional standards and professional qualifications with the method of teaching practical skills of D. Czecho. This is to promote the manpower among the personnel in the industrial ecosystem.
