Abstract

this research aim to study the drying behaviors of a feedstuff raw material named "Protein MSG", which is the product of Ratchaburi Rice Mill Co., Ltd., in a pneumatic dryer and to estimate the drying cost simulated from the data of commercial fuel. The project has the following methods: (1) to study the drying behavior of MSG proteins in an electric-heated air pneumatic dryer, and (2) to evaluate the drying cost by using the results of the study of the drying behavior of MSG proteins in conjunction with the commercial energy resource and commercial energy production system data. The dried MSG proteins contain less 15% of moisture content by the product specifications. The project is productive Important results and effects, including dehydrated MSG protein samples, drying behavior and optimum drying conditions. Cost of drying from the use of energy sources and commercial energy generation systems. All of them are knowledge that can be presented in an articles in an academic journals and are important information for the Company to Consider using an industrial drying process. coupled with solar drying which will stabilize the production process, support future market expansion and production capacity
