The Development of Intelligent Voice Assistants (IVAs) system for Gen-Y who want to upskill in New Normal Age.

The COVID-19 is one of example of driving force for the digital transformation. Many citizens cannot adapt themeselves to the new skill. This cause leads to high unemployement rate especially Gen Y. Due to a new automation and robotic, the needs of new career and on-line learning. Gen Y need to adapt themselves quickly and can learn by themselves. Voice user interface is one of technology that can be used as a learning tool to form a new habit. For this research, subjects will be learn how to read books as a new habit formation. VUI will be used to track data that includes subjects' behavior and conclude each day target. Moreover, the VUI will be designed to help subjects improving their skills. It can be used for the government sector to reward citizen of learning.
