การพัฒนาโปรแกรมส่งเสริมการสื่อสารแบบออนไลน์และทักษะการสื่อสารระหว่างวัฒนธรรมของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ในประเทศไทยหลังจากช่วงชีวิตวิถีใหม่

With a sudden shift in learning mode, this proposed research project seeks to design an online training program that promotes efficient online communication and enhanced intercultural communication skills among incoming first-year undergraduate students at a Thai university. Through a comprehensive study of the literature and online questionnaire surveys of teachers and students, major obstacles to effective communication will be identified.  These identified variables will be used to create online training program.  Experts in the fields of material development, teaching methodology, and information technology will validate and provide comments for improvement before the training program begins.  The training will be assessed at the end in terms of its use and areas for improvement for future usage.
