Abstract
This project aims to develop the video content media for public relations Thai Customs Department, analyze from results of quality assessments in content, media presentation, perceived evaluation, and satisfaction assessment of the samples towards video content media for public relations Thai Customs Department. Statistics used to analyze the data were mean and standard deviation. The results of one video content media for public relations Thai Customs Department ,5 minutes long which are evaluated by the specialists which the content quality assessment was at a very good level (𝑥̅=5.00, SD=0.00). The evaluation of the media quality was at a very good level (𝑥̅=4.5 3, SD=0.1 5). The sample’s perceptionevaluation was at a high level (𝑥̅=4.37, SD=0.12). And the results of the sample’s satisfaction was at a high level (𝑥̅=4.4 9, SD=0.0 3) .These findings complied with the research hypotheses. Moreover, it was found that the sampling group received information from the contents distributed on media to development of video content media for public relations Thai Customs Department. It could be concluded that the use media to development of video content media for public relations Thai Customs Department can be used with real quality.
