Abstract

In current consumption, linear supply chain model is extremely resource destructive. If there is no change, it will have a detrimental effect on the environment in the future. But nowadays, the concept of circular economy has been applied to supply chains. forming a circular supply chain to bring unused portions from one industry to be used to benefit by being a raw material for production in other industries or other products. The agricultural sector is a part of the production of agricultural waste. In this research, the study of the supply chain of Japanese pumpkin. At present, pumpkins are cut and processed to deliver pumpkin meat to restaurants. This processing produces agricultural waste such as peel, pumpkin scraps. and japanese pumpkin seeds. This research studied the circular supply chain feasibility by using the Japanese pumpkin seeds in circulating to extract the Japanese pumpkin seeds oil. the study of investment feasibility for extracting Japanese pumpkin seed oil This is an opportunity that can create added value from waste for the center and farmers and can reduce the amount of waste to landfill by 7,488 kilograms per year.
