Abstract
This paper studies the analysis and testing of the industrial electronic transformers using LabVIEW program. The transformer is a general electronic test transformer. The tool is then connected to the computer and displayed through the LabVIEW program and Graphic User Interface (GUI). Graphic User Interface is programmed in LabVIEW. The design will be displayed in the form of a plan view. Quadratic power diagram Transformer efficiency in this study, the characteristics of the transformer were tested. The following parameters are determined by the open-loop and closed-circuit tests of the transformer The secondary side voltage, transverse, and secondary side voltage of the transformer used in this study. The analysis and test results are as follows: when measuring and testing the voltage conversion rate of the transformer is six times. When the voltage conversion rate is 22.27, the measurement error is 4.65%, and short-circuit test. From the analysis, it is found that the measurement errors are 7.2% and 6.92%. When we increase the voltage, we find that the increase of power increases the load transformer by 40% s. The maximum effective value of 97.6% and the increase of load will reduce the efficiency of the transformer.
