A STUDY OF THE PROBLEMS AND NEEDS OF THE VOCATIONAL STUDENTS IN VOCATIONAL CERTIFICATE LEVEL IN BILATERAL EDUCATION FROM ONLINE TEACHING AND LEARNING

This research on the study of the problems and needs of vocational students at vocational certificate level in bilateral education includes the following objectives: To investigate the problems and needs of dual vocational students and to compare those problems and needs with those from online learning and teaching. This research is survey research, which uses the questionnaire method and has a total of 238 copies. The results found that most of the problems of dual vocational students who are responsible for the most common problems are environmental conditions. The issue that is causing the problem is noise during online learning at a high level (= 3.98, S.D = 1.11). The most common needs are equipment and facilities. The issue that is needed which the speed of the internet signal at a high level (= 4.29, S.D = 0.89). The results of the comparison showed differences in the problems of students found that department, main area used for online learning, and the places mainly used for online learning. As a result, there were statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 in all aspects. The comparison results of differences in the needs of students found that departments and places were mainly used for online learning. As a result, there are different levels of needs in all aspects and the status of vocational training in the workplace. As a result, the environment has different levels of needs. There are statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05. The results of the research can be used as information for teaching and learning in accordance with the problems and needs of the learners, and the purpose of this study is to develop the research for an online learning model.
