This research studies trends of home robots and retail robots, as a guideline in robot development for interest developer and entrepreneur. Research trend in robot had started from reports of national agencies related to the robotic industry and was published in online database “Scopus” in the last 5 years. The analyses use Bibliometric and VOSviewer program to analyze for keyword co-occurrence, for finding trend of robot researches and developments that was already published to journals. From trend analysis results, home robots were mostly developed for elderly care, and helping for recovering people after treatment in daily life. Meanwhile, retail robots were focused on warehouses and stores for customer services and shelf management. Interested technologies for development are Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence. Both of technologies support the robot for analyzing information and work according to the defined system. Operator is able to control and inspect using remote control system, and transfer data between robot and operator, or transfer data among operators.
