The Development of Electronics book combined with QR code technology Titled in “The Service Guide of Chulalongkorn Hospital”

This research aims to develop and assess the quality, assess the perception
and the satisfaction of the sample group towards electronics book combined with
QR code technology titled in “The Service Guide of Chulalongkorn Hospital”. The
instruments used are as follows: electronics book combined with QR code technology
that developed, content and media evaluation form, evaluation form of the
sample’s perception, and evaluation form of the sample’s satisfaction. The sampling
group used for the evaluation consists of 30 people from public who received the
services with Chulalongkorn Hospital in May 2022. It is based on selective selection
from people who used the developed electronics book combined with QR code
technology and pleased to answer the questionnaire. The expert’s evaluation results
show that the content quality assessment is at a very good quality level ( =4.73,
S.D.=0.24). The media quality evaluation result is at a good quality level ( =3.98,
S.D.=0.44). The evaluation of the perception of the sample is at the highest level (
=4.91, S.D.=0.09). And the evaluation of the satisfaction result of the sample is
at the highest level ( =4.60, S.D.=0.10). Therefore, the developed electronics book
is in high quality and can be used practically.
