Abstract
This research aims to develop an e-learning lesson on the influence of heat input on the microstructure
of steel welding. Comparison of pre-study and post-study achievements on the influence of heat on
microstructures in welding steel. To study the student's satisfaction with the e-learning lessons. The sample
group was students of the Department of Industrial Education, Faculty of Industrial Education and
Technology. King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi, bachelor's degree, 4th year, 17 students
Research includes e-learning lessons. Achievement measurement form on the influence of heat on the
microstructure of steel welding and a satisfaction questionnaire was rated on a 5-level Rating Scale according to Likert theory. The results were analyzed. Mean standard deviation of research results found that elearning lessons On the influence of heat on the microstructure of steel welding The content quality excellent (𝑥̅ = 4.46, S.D. = 0.48). The graphics and design are excellent (𝑥̅ = 4.42, S.D. = 0.52) The multimedia component aspect is excellent (𝑥̅ = 4.7, S.D. = 0.53). The e-learning lesson efficiency findings showed that the ratio of process efficiency to outcome efficiency (E1/E2) was 80.67/80.20. The e-learning lesson was statistically significant at the 0.05 level. The satisfaction assessment was at excellent (𝑥̅ = 4.46,S.D. = 0.48) The graphics and design was excellent (𝑥̅ = 4.42, S.D. = 0.52) The multimedia was excellent (𝑥̅ = 4.7, S.D. = 0.53). It was concluded that the e-learning lesson on the influence of heat on microstructures in welding steel at the student year 4th that the study made it can make students have higher academic achievement and teachers can apply the e-learning lesson model in practice.
