Abstract
This research aimed 1) to develop electronic book by using QR code technology titled in “Digital Marketing for undergraduate students”, 2) to assess the quality of electronic book using QR code technology on digital marketing for undergraduate students, 3) to assess the perception of the sample who viewed electronic book by using QR code technology titled in “Digital Marketing for undergraduate students”, and 4) To assess the satisfaction of the sample towards electronic book. The tools used were 1) electronic book using QR code technology titled in “Digital marketing for undergraduate students”, 2) quality assessment form, 3) perception assessment form, and 4) satisfaction assessment form. By using a sample of 30 people from undergraduate students from Department of Educational Communications and Technology, Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi who enrolled in the course of ETM202 Advertising and Public Relations with a purposive sampling method from those who were members of the ETM202 Facebook group and willing to answer the questionnaire. The expert assessment results showed that the content quality assessment was at a very good level (𝑥=4.52, S.D.=0.36) , the media quality assessment was at a good level (𝑥=4.41, S.D.=1.37) . The result of the evaluation of the sample group's perception of electronic book using QR code technology was at the highest level (𝑥=4.76, S.D.=0.49) and the result of the sample's satisfaction assessment of electronic book using QR code technology was at the highest level (𝑥=4.81, S.D.=0.40). Therefore, the electronic book using QR code technology titled in “Digital marketing for undergraduate students” can actually be used as a material for teaching and learning in subjects related to digital marketing for undergraduate students.
