THE DEVELOPMENT OF DIGITAL CONTENT FOR PUBLIC RELATIONS CIVIL TECHNOLOGY EDUCATION PROGRAM IN THE FORM OF AN ONLINE EXHIBITION BY AVATAR PRESENTER USING
PROBLOM - AGITATE - SOLVE STORYTELLING TECHNIQUE

The purposes of this research were to develop
and evaluate the quality of digital content for public
relations Civil technology Education Program in the
form of an online exhibition by avatar presenter using
Problem - Agitate - Solve storytelling technique. To
evaluate the perception and satisfaction of the samples
towards digital content developed according to the
ADDIE Model. Data were collected from a sample
group, who were the students of Department of Civil
Technology Education, King Mongkut's University of
Technology Thonburi by purposive sampling method
from 4th year that enrolled in 1/2565, 30 students who
were willing to answer the questionnaire. The results
were an online exhibition consisting of 2 sets of
infographic posters with QR code technology and 2
video clips presented by avatar presenters using
Problem - Agitate - Solve storytelling, at the undergraduate and graduate levels. The results of the
evaluation by experts found that there was a content
quality assessment result at a good level (𝑥̅ = 4.38,
S.D.= 0.51) and the media quality assessment was at
a good level (x = 4.06, SD = 0.39) The Perception
evaluation results at the highest. (𝑥̅ = 4.64, S.D. = 0.48)
anode the satisfaction evaluation results from the
sample group were at the highest. (𝑥̅ = 4.68, S.D. = 0.48)
Respectively, it can be concluded that a set of digital
media content for public relations of the Department
of Civil technology curriculum in the form of an online
exhibition using an avatar presenter through storytelling
Problem-Agitate-Solve developed with good quality
can be used for public relations.
