Abstract
Signal processing from the weather forecast station to control electrical generating is another way to increase the highest efficiency. However, it is important to consider various factors affecting the electrical generating process. Generally, the wind turbine has a wind speed, direction and continuity measure system to initiate the power generation process. The wind turbines used in this study are in Sub Yai, Chaiyapum which has a power capacity 2.5 megawatts per unit. Wind turbines must be in the same direction of the wind to start the electrical generating process. The previous annual wind data collection found that there were two forms of wind blowing through the wind turbines: 1) southwest wind blowing during March and September and 2) northeast wind blowing during October and February. This study proposes an analysis of average data on wind speed and direction obtained from the weather forecast station through SCADA system to control steps of electrical generating of 6 of 32 wind turbines (80 megawatts) which ensure that the wind passing through wind turbines has potential to electrical generate without measuring wind speed and direction. The result of the data analysis shows that the electrical generating can increase the generating power to 275.7 megawatts hours per year.
