Abstract

The purposes of the study were: 1) to develop a learning package on the industrial learning facilitator for staff of King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT); 2) to evaluate the quality of a learning package of the Industrial learning facilitator for KMUTT staff; 3) to compare achievements before and after learning through the learning package; and 4) to study learners satisfaction towards a learning package. The samples used in the study were 25 staff of the King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi, consists of professors and researchers of KMUTT, durational developer or staff of KMUTT who registered in the industrial facilitator development package for KMUTT staff and be working for the university (intact group).

The research results were: 1) a learning package on the industrial learning facilitator for staff of KMUTT consists of 3 Modules, that is Module A: facilitative skills, Module B: learning process development skills, and Module C: project management and industrial collaboration skills; 2) the developed learning package quality in overall was the highest level; 3) the learning achievements of students before implementing a learning package were higher than after with statistically significant difference at the .05 level; and 4) students’ satisfaction towrds the learning package on the industrial learning facilitator was at the highest level.
