Abstract
The study on factors that affect customer satisfaction in watching Ryounoi 100 lan Program aims
to (1) compare behavioral factors in acquiring media and satisfaction in watching Ryounoi 100 lan Program;
(2) to study marketing mix predicting satisfaction in watching Ryounoi 100 lan Program; and (3) to study the
success factors in the development of the hundred million young program and the top program Other online
media use the integrated research methodology Data was collected through qualitative and quantitative
research. As for quantitative research, Mixed Approached Research governed in order to select 400
persons who operated application package. To statistically calculate data, frequency distribution,
percentage, mean, one-way ANOVA, Multiple Linear Regression were applied. As qualitative research,
purposive sampling was employed to select 8 professionals as samples who were professional in
producing Ryounoi 100 lan Program and producing online program. Data was gathered from interviewing
to be analyzed. The study revealed that (1) The viewers with different media exposure behaviors had a
statistically significant difference in the satisfaction of viewing the Hundred Million Younger Programs at
the .05 level (2) Factors The marketing mix has a statistically significant positive effect on viewership
satisfaction of the hundred million young programs at Level .05 (3) The success factors in developing
a hundred million young programs and other online media programs consist of The 3 main factors are
(1) Pre-production workflow (Pre-production) Use team meetings to find out. Guidelines for creating content
or finding an interesting business is a trend. (2) production process, use Team meetings to get things right
problems in off-site stacking; and (3) post-production workflows. (post-Production) uses techniques to tell
a story.
