Abstract
The objectives of this research are 1) To survey the needs of graphic motion media with interaction for promoting recognition by applying Application SUSCO Smart Member 2) To develop and evaluating the quality of graphic motion media with interaction for promoting recognition by applying Application SUSCO Smart Member 3) To take satisfaction assessment from the sample groups of graphic motion media with interaction 4) To take recognition from the sample groups of using graphic motion media with interaction. In this case, it is involving with the customers to use the service at SUSCO gas station regularly with the totals of 100 people and the experts in contents and media swiththetotalsof 6 people. On the same way, the statistics to make analysis are as this below: percentages, Means and Standard Aviation. Thus, according to the study result it was found as these details: 1) the need of media samples are was good at the level (x̅ = 3.99, S.D. = 0.73) 2) The contents for graphic motion’s interaction to the recognition promotion for applying Application SUSCO Smart Member was good at the level (x̅ = 4.42, S.D. = 0.51) and overall media level was also good (x̅ = 4.08, S.D. = 0.46) 3) the samples have satisfaction to graphic motion media with interaction for promoting recognition by applying Application SUSCO Smart Members was good at the level (x̅ = 4.41, S.D. = 0.66) and 4) The recognition to graphic motion media with interaction for promoting recognition by applying Application SUSCO Smart Members was good at the level (x̅ = 4.45, S.D. = 0.69)
